Kommunikationsledelse – hvaffor en fisk? Og hvorfor en blog om kommunikationsledelse?

For nogle betyder kommunikationsledelse ledelse gennem kommunikation. For andre handler det om ledelse af kommunikation.

Hvis man følger James E. Grunigs anerkendte definition på kommunikationsledelse, så omhandler det det den samlede kommunikationsproces fra planlægning over implementering til evaluering.
